Job Description

About the role

As an experience Paramedic or Extended Care Paramedic (ECP) you'll play a critical role in providing world class primary care to our patients.

You will deliver care in our acute (drop-inCare) team, ensuring patients receive exceptional care and seamless access to services. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will collaborate closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Nurse Prescribers, Nurse Practitioners, General Practitioners, Physician Associates, Pharmacists, and support staff.

 You'll be set up for success if you:

  • Are a qualified Paramedic or Extended Care Paramedic (ECP).
  • Have minimum 2+ years of on-road experience in ambulance services or acute care settings
  • are motivated and driven - you want to succeed as part of our WeCare team
  • have a genuine passion for helping to resolve patient problems
  • are kind and courteous and have an excellent manner with patients
  • are flexible, and adaptable in a working environment with a positive attitude
  • are able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team 
  • are resilient, ambitious and forward-thinking
  • are passionate about improving primary healthcare and advancing your clinical skills
