Our workforce is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a patient-focused Customer Service Superstar to join our Communications & Call Centre Team in a full-time role within the Christchurch region.

Location: Business Support Office, Wigram
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:30am–6:00pm

As part of our Customer Care & Communications team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering world-class primary care to our patients. You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team of dedicated professionals- including Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Nurse Prescribers, Nurse Practitioners, General Practitioners, Physician Associates, and Pharmacists- all committed to providing exceptional patient experiences.
Your day will involve answering calls, booking appointments, guiding patients through our services, and supporting the team with key administrative tasks- helping ensure every interaction reflects our care and compassion.
